The Marion Cross School is contacted by local businesses and non-profits to make our parents aware of upcoming opportunities. We publish information that directly supports or enhances our Pre-K-6 population. Please note that these are not school sponsored events.

Week of September 8 - 11
Opportunity for 6th, 7th & 8th Graders
On Sunday, September 20th at 1:00, the NCC will host an outdoor workshop, run by Danielle Taylor, to participate in the "Circles" project in collaboration with the Norwich Historical Society. Participants will receive a plate sized and prepared canvas circle on which to paint a personal design with the themes of hope, gratitude, and community. Individual circles will then be incorporated into a large mural that will be placed at Dan and Whit's to offer inspiration and hope during this challenging time. Danielle, who holds an MFA in painting, will be there to assist and support participants as they meditate on these important themes.
