The Marion Cross School is contacted by local businesses and non-profits to make our parents aware of upcoming opportunities. We publish information that directly supports or enhances our Pre-K-6 population. Please note that these are not school sponsored events.

2021-2022: Annual Student Contest
This year has been challenging in so many ways. During difficult times, stories of
Holocaust survivors inspire people with lessons of hope and resilience.
Reflect on the following prompt using poetry, prose, art, or film to answer:
How does the story of one Holocaust survivor inspire you or give you hope in the face of today’s challenges?
Three age groups:
16-18 year olds
13-15 year olds
9-12 year olds
Kangaroo Math competition
Enrollment is now open until December 15th for the Kangaroo Math competition hosted at Crossroads Academy on Thursday March 17 at 5 pm. Kangaroo Math is an international mathematical competition established in 1991 with over 50 participating countries. There are twelve levels of participation, ranging from grade 1 to grade 12. This is an individual competition and you do not need to be on a school team to participate. For more information, go to mathkangaroo.org go to enroll and select NH, Lyme will be one of the testing site options. Once they select Lyme, they will see Crossroads Academy.
