Week of September 23 - 26
Message From the Principal
A lot can be learned about a school from the bulletin board displays. This week I spent some time analyzing bulletin boards and appreciating the amount of information that I was able to gather. I learned about fourth grade hopes and dreams for the school year. There were amazing drawings of the Three Sisters Garden. First graders displayed information about their summer excitement. Kindergarteners created math posters based upon buttons popping off their artistically created people. Upstairs there is a fascinating display of algebraic patterns. Soon the lobby will be filled with beautiful first grade butterflies. MCS teachers do an amazing job of integrating all areas of the program to give students a balanced learning experience.
